I don’t have a wallet, can I still bid for an NFT?

Yes. You will need to have a wallet to receive the NFT if you win, so we require all bidders to connect their wallet before placing a bid. You can create a wallet in a matter of seconds with Zelus, our mobile wallet partner.

Are there any fees for bidding?

No, there are no fees for bidding! Furthermore, your payment method will only be charged for your bid if you win the auction. There are no gas fees or transaction fees for bidding the auction, or for receiving the NFT if you win.

Can I bid for multiple NFTs?

Yes, there are no restrictions on how many NFTs you can bid for. Just remember that your payment method will be charged for each auction that you win!

What is a minimum bid increment?

The minimum bid increment is the smallest amount that has to be added to the current highest bid to place a new bid. It is the minimum amount that has to be added to the current highest bid in order to place a new bid.

Is there a reserve price?

No, all NFTs out for auction have an initial price that the first bidder needs to match. From that point on, the item will be sold for the highest bid when the auction time ends.

Is there an option to place a max bid or some sort of automatic bidding?

Currently, we don’t support automatic bidding or any type of “max bid” to automatically buy an auction.

Is the end time of an auction really fixed or does it extend with last-minute bids?

The indicated end time of an auction is final and won’t be extended. Make sure you place your bid on time!

Can I withdraw a placed bid?

No, once a bid has been placed it cannot be withdrawn.

How and when do I get charged if I place a bid?

We will only charge your payment method for the amount that you bid if you win the auction. If you lose an auction, your payment method will not be charged.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If for any reason your payment is declined we will immediately notify you by email and send you an invoice, and you will have 24h to amend the payment using the same or another payment method. Please note that auction sales are legally binding.
